The Agribusiness and Marketing Assistance Division (AMAD) of the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office One (DA-RFO1) held an orientation and briefing on the Farmers and Fishefolks Enterprise Development Information System (FEEDIS) and Food Lane Accreditation at the DA-RFO1 Conference Room on July 4, 2024.
The Farmers and Fisherfolks Enterprise Development Information System (FEEDIS) is under the Republic Act 11321 also known as the Sagip Saka Act. It is a web-based information system which aims to assist the government in plan formulation in accordance to the needs of the local and world markets in generating resources for enterprise development through a registry of agricultural and fishery enterprises, private companies with connections to these enterprises, and other information.

In this line, the Foodlane Project ensures efficient distribution agricultural products to demand centers using routes that are truck-ban free 24/7 for vehicles accredited with the project.
An open forum was also held along with the orientation to ensure understanding and proper implementation among participants
