As part of the High Value Crops Celebration Week on April 11-15, 2022, the Department of Agriculture in Ilocos Region through its High Value Crops Development Program (HVCDP) is sponsoring the On-the-Spot Poster Making Contest on April 11, 2022, 8:00 AM at the DA-RFO I Conference Room, City of San Fernando La Union.
If interested, please check out the contest rules and criteria:
- The contest is open to all interested individuals within Ilocos Region including DA-RFO I employees ages 18 years old and above.
- The poster shall be an original creation of the participants depicting the theme, “Diversification of High Value Crops: Key to Recovery and Sustained Growth.” Likewise, the theme should be incorporated on the poster as part of its design.
- Materials to be used include a 1/2 size illustration board, pencil, oil pastel and marker which shall be provided by the participants.
- The poster making contest shall be conducted on the spot and shall be completed within the allotted time of 2 1/2 hours.
- A simple description of the poster entry must be written on a paper that shall be provided by the organizers.
- Winners shall be selected based on the following criteria:
a. Creativity/Overall impact – 40%
b. Originality – 30%
c. Relevance to the Theme – 30%
