With the theme โ€œ๐‘น๐’Š๐’ˆ๐’‰๐’• ๐’•๐’ ๐‘ญ๐‘ถ๐‘ถ๐‘ซ๐’‡๐’๐’“ ๐’‚ ๐’ƒ๐’†๐’•๐’•๐’†๐’“ ๐‘ณ๐‘ฐ๐‘ญ๐‘ฌ ๐’‚๐’๐’… ๐’‚ ๐‘ฉ๐’†๐’•๐’•๐’†๐’“ ๐‘ญ๐‘ผ๐‘ป๐‘ผ๐‘น๐‘ฌ,โ€ student representatives of different schools division offices (SDOs) in region 1 participated in the 2024 ๐‘Š๐‘œ๐‘Ÿ๐‘™๐‘‘ ๐น๐‘œ๐‘œ๐‘‘ ๐ท๐‘Ž๐‘ฆ ๐‘…๐‘’๐‘”๐‘–๐‘œ๐‘›๐‘Ž๐‘™ ๐‘‚๐‘›-๐‘กโ„Ž๐‘’-๐‘†๐‘๐‘œ๐‘ก ๐‘ƒ๐‘œ๐‘ ๐‘ก๐‘’๐‘Ÿ ๐‘€๐‘Ž๐‘˜๐‘–๐‘›๐‘” ๐ถ๐‘œ๐‘›๐‘ก๐‘’๐‘ ๐‘ก, an annual activity spearheaded by the Department of Agriculture in partnership with the Department of Education in celebration of World Food Day 2024. It was held at the DA-RFO1 Conference Hall on October 4, 2024.

After three hours of contest time, each participant was given P1000 consolation prize, a certificate, and a token for their efforts and artful abilities. The winners are as follows:

๐Ÿญ๐˜€๐˜ ๐—ฃ๐—น๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ: Rafael Harvey Fabro of Vigan Central School, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur with P5000 reward, a token, and certificate;

๐Ÿฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—ฃ๐—น๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ: Cyrel Jhane Bautista of Tombod Integrated School, Villasis, Pangasinan with P3000 reward, a token, and certificate;

๐Ÿฏ๐—ฟ๐—ฑ ๐—ฃ๐—น๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ: Samantha Picardo of Calaoaan ES, Candon, Ilocos Sur with P2000 reward, a token, and certificate;

First placer Rafael Harvey Fabro will be representing Region 1 in the National Poster-Making Competition on October 15, 2024 at Makati, Philippines.
