The DA-RFO1, through its Agribusiness and Marketing Assistance Division, spearheads a focus group discussion today, March 19, convening other government agencies and private institutions for the Enhanced Partnership Against Hunger and Poverty (EPAHP) program.
The EPAHP is a government program, originally known as the Partnership Against Hunger and Poverty (PAHP) program, institutionalized to address critical concerns on hunger mitigation, food and nutrition insecurity, and poverty reduction.
The EPAHP program comprises partners including the Office of the President-Office of the Cabinet Secretariat, DSWD, DAR, DA, DILG, DepEd, DOH, DOST, DTI, NIA, NAPC, TESDA, POPCOM, LANDBANK, DBP, and DICT.
Through this activity, the DA seeks to link farmers, cooperatives, and associations with other agencies and private institutions to identify other possible investment opportunities.
