This is to support the rice farmers in their rice production amid the increase in fertilizer prices in the market.

Qualified recipients of the program are RSBSA-registered farmers with standing rice crops.

The activity was led by La Union District 1 Representative Francisco Paolo P. Ortega V with Agricultural Programs Coordinating Officer (APCO) for La Union, Mr. Juanito S. Malazo, Jr., San Juan Mayor Arturo P. Valdez, and San Juan OIC-Municipal Agricultural Officer Harlene Fernandez.

A total of 500 rice farmer-beneficiaries from Tubao, La Union likewise received the same intervention on February 03, 2023 at the Municipal Auditorium, Tubao, La Union.
