The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 1 along with the local government unit of Villasis and Bayer CropScience conducted a 50-hectare Corn Model Farm Field Day at Barangay Barangobong, Villasis in Pangasinan.

About a hundred or more farmers from Villasis and nearby towns attended the activity that aimed at showcasing corn production using farmers’ practice and site-specific nutrient management (SSNM) technology.
