The F2C2 Region 1 on June 7, 2024 held its quarterly assessment at the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 1.

The assessment focused on the presentation of cluster development plans by the farmer leaders for the review of their 5 year cluster development targets by the different divisions in the agency.

Representatives of the different divisions acted as panel members for the presentations of the clusters namely: Ms. Lorena Olveña (HVCDP Banner Program) and Ms. Anne Lovelle Zabala-Datu (Corn Banner Program) of the Field Operations Division; Mr. Rhap Gregor of the Planning Monitoring and Evaluation Division; and Ms. Wilhelmina Castañeda of the Agribusiness and Marketing Assistance Division.

The representatives and accompanying agricultural technologists of San Fermin ARB MPC, Lacong Namnama Farmers and Hog Raisers Agriculture Cooperative, Duplas Bulalaan Livestock Association, and Pangasinan Farmers Agriculture Cooperative presented their cluster development plans and garnered various suggestions and enhancements as well as advices for further linkage of market and interventions from the panel members.

The Pallugsi Limmansangan MPC, Halog West MPC, SSW Agriwealth Farmers Association farmer leaders and members and their accompanying Municipal Agriculturists and Agricultural Technologists were also present to participate in the said activity.
