We are happy to notify you that your bid, dated 24February 2014,  for LOT 1: CY 2014 PROVISION OF FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION FOR ONE HUNDRED FIFTY SIX (156) PARTICIPANTS TO THE 2-DAY HVCDP CY 2014 PLANNING WORKSHOP FOR PANGASINAN AND LA UNION with  project reference/identification number  ITB No. DA RFO 1-2014-GOODS-036, for a Contract Price equivalent to:

THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED PESOS (PhP374,400.00),

as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, is hereby accepted and awarded to you as the Single Calculated Responsive Bid (SCRB).

You are therefore required to enter into a contract with us and to submit the performance security, in the form and amount stipulated in the Instruction to Bidders within ten (10) calendar days from receipt of this notice.  Failure to enter into the said contract or provide the performance security shall constitute a sufficient ground for the cancellation of this award and the forfeiture of your bid security.
