Happening Now: Enterprise Assessment with BOMADUS ARC Multi-purpose Cooperative
The Regional Project Coordination Office with the Luzon A Project Support Office Enterprise Component, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit, and InfoACE Unit is conducting an enterprise assessment with the members of BOMADUS MPC in Labrador, Pangasinan.
The BOMADUS MPC received a Php3.4 million bangus enterprise, excluding proponent group equity, from the Philippine Rural Development Project in December 2019. Among the interventions received by the Cooperative are 231,000 bangus fry, Php550,300-trading capital, six-wheeler truck, and fishing implements.
The assessment aims to capture the immediate impacts of the PRDP interventions to the beneficiaies especially with regard to income and other socio-economic benefits and assess the Coop’s operations of the bangus enterprise.
The results of the assessment will be used to guide the Cooperative in keeping with the operational plan of the bangus enterprise and help ensure its profitability.
