Some 30 employees of the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 1 participated in a personality development training on Thursday in an effort to enhance their confidence and professional skills.

Ms. Cherrie B. Bayuga, Supervising Human Resource Specialist from the CSC Regional Field Office 1, served as the resource person.

During the session, Ms. Bayuga discussed important topics, which included the nature of personality development in public service, principles of good housekeeping, and office decorum.

The training, as explained by Ms. Bayuga, is focused on building employee confidence and fostering positive behavior by addressing personal management, grooming, health, nutrition, and soft skills for professional and interpersonal communication.

An initiative of the Human Resource Management Section of the agency, the training is expected to contribute to a more professional and efficient work environment.
