Considered as the region’s ‘white gold’, this commodity provides promising income opportunity for the Ilocano farmers given its potential for export market due to its unique pungency and aroma.
In this year’s celebration of the High Value Crops Development Week, the DA-Ilocos thru the Regional Agriculture & Fisheries Information Section in partnership with the High Value Crops Development Program and the DA-Research and Development Division gives everyone an update on garlic production technologies.
