Initiated by the chief budget officer of the Department of Agriculture Central Office, in collaboration with the Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Division, DA budget officers nationwide were convened for an on-site appreciation of DA implemented programs and projects in the Ilocos Region.

The activity enabled the participants to have a firsthand information as to what projects and programs the DA fund was allocated. At the same time, the activity served as knowledge sharing venue on what are the best practices used by the farmers and stakeholders in the region.
