We are happy to notify you that your bid, dated 9 December 2013, for CY 2014 SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TWELVE (12) UNITS MULTI-CROP THRESHER / HUSKER-SHELLER (COUNTERPARTING SCHEME),with project reference/identification number ITB No. DA RFO 1-2014-GOODS-007, for a Contract Price equivalent to:

ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED NINE THOUSAND PESOS (PHP1,509,000.00)

as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, is hereby accepted and awarded to you as the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB).

You are, therefore, required to enter into a contract with us and to provide the performance security, in the form and amount stipulated in the Instruction to Bidders, within ten (10) calendar days from receipt of this notice. Failure to enter into the said contract or provide the performance security shall constitute a sufficient ground for the cancellation of this award and the forfeiture of your bid security.
