Dear Mr. Garcia:

We are happy to notify you that your bid, dated 21 January 2014, for CY 2014 CONSTRUCTION OF TWO (2) UNITS 120-SQUARE METER COMMUNITY SEED BANK IN SELECTED AREAS IN REGION 1,with project reference/identification number ITB No. DA RFO 1-2014-INFRA-004, for a Contract Price equivalent to:

ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR PESOS AND NINETY CENTAVOS (PHP1,982,474.90)

as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, is hereby accepted and awarded to you as the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB).

You are, therefore, required to enter into a contract with us and to provide the performance security in the form and amount stipulated in the Instruction to Bidders within ten (10) calendar days from receipt of this notice. Failure to enter into the said contract or provide the performance security shall constitute a sufficient ground for the cancellation of this award and the forfeiture of your bid security.
