UPDATE: As of July 14, 2020, the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 1 (DA-RFO1) through the Agricultural Credit Policy Council (ACPC) already disbursed a total Sure Aid Loan amounting to Php24,425,000.00 out of the Php62,450,000.00 allocated fund for the 2,500 Marginalized Small Farmers and Fisherfolks (MSFFs) in Ilocos Region. The remaining P38,025,000.00 is on process and expected to be released soon to identified borrowers that qualified for the said loan.
