The Department of Agriculture—Regional Field Office 1 (DA-RFO 1) held a consultation-workshop on Monday to review the results of the rice processing center impact evaluation and draft corporate plan.

Corporate plan consultant Dr. Evelyn Aro-Esquejo presented findings from data gathered during the agency’s Stakeholders’ Day, Corporate Plan Assessment and Updating Workshop, and employee focus group discussions held in the previous year.

The workshop focused on evaluating the effectiveness of rice processing centers in the region and on refining the corporate plan based on stakeholder and employee feedback.

The corporate plan details the agency’s steps to improve its performance and growth over the next five years.
