We are happy to notify you that your bid, dated 30 April 2014, for the  RE-BIDDING OF CY 2013 CONSTRUCTION OF FARM MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT SHED (COVERED COURT) AT THE PREC IN STA. BARBARA, PANGASINAN,with project reference/identification number ITB No. DA RFO 1-2013-INFRA-044-R, for a Contract Price equivalent to:

FOUR MILLION NINE HUNDRED FORTY-SIX THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETEEN PESOS AND TWENTY-FIVE CENTAVOS (PHP4,946,219.25)

as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, is hereby accepted and awarded to you as the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB).

You are, therefore, required to enter into a contract with us and to provide the performance security in the form and amount stipulated in the Instruction to Bidders within ten (10) calendar days from receipt of this notice. Failure to enter into the said contract or provide the performance security shall constitute a sufficient ground for the cancellation of this award and the forfeiture of your bid security.
