Dear Ms. Quemi:

We are happy to notify you that your bid, dated 10March  2014,  for LOT 2: CY 2014 PROVISION OF FOOD AND ACCOMODATION FOR ONE HUNDRED (100) PARTICIPANTS TO THE 2-DAY AGRI-PINOY RICE PROGRAM END-SEASON ASSESSMENT AND PLANNING WORKSHOP IN ILOCOS SUR with  project reference/identification number  ITB No. DA RFO 1-2014-GOODS-037, for a Contract Price equivalent to:

FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (480,000.00)

as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, is hereby accepted and awarded to you as the Single Calculated Responsive Bid (SCRB).

You are therefore required to enter into a contract with us and to submit the performance security, in the form and amount stipulated in the Instruction to Bidders within ten (10) calendar days from receipt of this notice.  Failure to enter into the said contract or provide the performance security shall constitute a sufficient ground for the cancellation of this award and the forfeiture of your bid security.
