We are happy to notify you that your bids, dated 9 December 2013, for CY 2014 SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 3,308 BAGS OF REGISTERED PALAY SEEDS,with project reference/identification number ITB No. DA RFO 1-2014-GOODS-001, for a total Contract Price equivalent to TWO MILLION SIX HUNDRED FORTY-SIX THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED PESOS (PHP2,646,400.00), to wit:

LOT 3: CY 2014 SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 350 BAGS (AT 20 KG/BAG) OF REGISTERED PALAY SEEDS FOR THE PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR	TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS(PHP280,000.00)
LOT 4: CY 2014 SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 1,000 BAGS (AT 20 KG/BAG) OF REGISTERED PALAY SEEDS FOR THE PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE	EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS(PHP800,000.00)
TOTAL	2,646,400.00

as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, are hereby accepted and awarded to you as Single Calculated Responsive Bids (SCRB).

You are, therefore, required to enter into a contract with us and to provide the performance security in the form and amount stipulated in the Instruction to Bidders within ten (10) calendar days from receipt of this notice. Failure to enter into the said contract or provide the performance security shall constitute a sufficient ground for the cancellation of this award and the forfeiture of your bid security.
