We are happy to notify you that your bid, dated 25 February 2014, for the CY 2014 PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR THE PERIOD MARCH 1, 2014 TO NOVEMBER 30, 2014,with project reference/identification number ITB No. DA RFO 1-2014-GOODS-034 for a Contract Price equivalent to:

TWO MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT PESOS AND FIFTY ONE CENTAVOS (Php2,832,348.51)

as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, is hereby accepted and awarded to you as the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB).

You are, therefore, required to enter into contract with us and to provide the performance security in the form and amount stipulated in the Instruction to Bidders within ten (10) calendar days from receipt of this notice. Failure to enter into the said contract or provide the performance security shall constitute a sufficient ground for the cancellation of this award and the forfeiture of your bid security.
