Dear Mr. Lim:

We are happy to notify you that your bid, dated 24 February 2014, for the execution of CY 2014 SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED (1,700) BAGS VERMI COMPOST with project reference/identification number ITB No. DA RFO 1-2014-GOODS-032, for a Contract Price equivalent to:

FIVE HUNDRED NINETY FOUR THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (PHP594,150.00)

as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, is hereby accepted and awarded you as the Single Calculated and Responsive Bid (SCRB).

You are, therefore, required to enter into a contract with us and to provide the performance security in the form and amount stipulated in the Instruction to Bidders within ten (10) calendar days from receipt of this notice. Failure to enter into the said contract or provide the performance security shall constitute a sufficient ground for the cancellation of this award and the forfeiture of your bid security.
