They are Mr. Marvin Xavier Vea, owner-manager of Vea Ecofarm from Brgy. Bagbago, Solsona, Ilocos Norte; Mr. Antonio Fontanilla, Jr., owner-manager of ABF Propagation Nursery from Brgy. Bugbugcao, San Gabriel, La Union; and Ms. Veberly Jubilo with Frederick Uyaan, owner-managers of La Sierra Mushroom Farm from Brgy. Tallipugo, Balaoan, La Union.
As regional winners, each enterprise owner shall receive P150,000 from DA as additional award which they may use to expand their respective agribusiness projects. Also, they shall automatically represent the Ilocos Region at the Kabataang Agribiz Challenge national level competition which shall start this coming December.
