Secretary William Dar on his visit in the province of Pangasinan on May 28 for the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement for the revitalization of the KOICA-DA RPC II that will be managed and operated by the Provincial Government of Pangasinan. With an almost P200M project cost, the RPC was funded thru the Korean International Cooperating Agency (KOICA) who provided the P162M as grant for the project while the remaining cost were shared by DA and the Provincial Government of Pangasinan.
