Look! The Department of Agriculture has sworn into office today at the DA Central Office the newly appointed Regional Executive Director (RED) of DA-RFO I Dr. Annie Q. Bares as officiated by DA Senior Undersecretary Domingo F. Panganiban.

Dr. Bares, a licensed veterinarian has been with the Department of Agriculture-Ilocos Region for 34 years now and headed various division offices of the Department and was also designated as OIC Regional Technical Director for Operations and OIC-RED before her appointment now as full-fledged Regional Executive Director signed by Pres. Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr.

With her promotion, Dr. Annie Bares now holds the plantilla position of Director IV. A truly humble, hardworking, and competent leader, the DA RFO I workforce is in full support of her leadership.
