The Philippine Rural Development Project (PRDP) require a long process of data gathering, documentation of activities and preparation of various reports before one subproject can be endorsed for approval.
With the impending implementation of infrastructure and enterprise subprojects under the Philippine Rural Development Project (PRDP) in Ilocos Region, the Regional Project Coordination Office 1 (RPCO1), Provincial Planning Management and Implementation Units (PPMIUs) and proponent Local Government Units (LGUs) attended a training-workshop on Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) facilitated by the Luzon A Project Support Office (PSO) on 22-23 March 2016 at Kahuna Resort, San Juan, La Union.
Setting up comm plan strategies that will effectively carry out the objectives of the Philippine Rural Development Project, accomplishments of the InfoACE Units per region in the past semester were presented during the coordination meeting of InfoACE held in Davao City on February 22-25, 2016. The meeting aims to evaluate what other advocacy measures could be adopted and implemented through the InfoACE Unit to further promote and deliver information to people about PRDP and capture impact of the project to its beneficiaries.
